Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. However, in some instances your order will need to be shipped from multiple warehouses. You will be notified by email if your order is split shipped. You will also be notified if we are out of stock of a product and it needs to be ordered in.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Monsta reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order cut-off times

Orders placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri AEST are shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00PM AEST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Customised / Special Orders:

  • Customised/Special orders are required to be PREPAID in full at order placement. (e.g. Non-Standard colours or special product requirements)
  • Delivery lead time will be confirmed at placement of order.

  • Please note, the above delivery expectations and charges can change without given notice to the customer at any time
  • An updated tracking number will be issued for follow up by the consumer.

Returns / Cancellations:

  • Returns must be specified by email and can only be arranged with prior authorisation from Monsta Head Office.
  • Returns made without pre-arranging will not be accepted or credited.
  • Return freight charges are PREPAID unless otherwise agreed by Monsta.
  • Returns will only be considered within 7 days after delivery date.
  • Returns must be in good order and condition or they will not be accepted. Credits will be issued after condition of goods has been assessed.
  • No returns on custom orders

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Monsta shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Monsta shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

Risk

If the Seller retains ownership of the Goods nonetheless, all risk for the Goods passes to the Client on delivery or on collection of the Goods.

If any of the Goods are damaged or destroyed following delivery but prior to ownership passing to the Client, the Seller is entitled to receive all insurance proceeds payable for the Goods. The production of these terms and conditions by the Seller is sufficient evidence of the Seller’s rights to receive the insurance proceeds without the need for any person dealing with the Seller to make further enquiries.
